Quality Management

"Quality Management" established in Sedele is an integrated system. Trainings and practices are all aligned and we expect our employees to adopt themselves. The aim is to keep the process quality and standard up to the highest level as well as the product quality. Thus, the product will be raised according to the defined standards. Then, we can evaluate sustainable quality and be able to control every element of the integrated system.

Integrated system defines the installed systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) are compatible with each other.

However, the responsibility of the FSC certificate we have, is still carried on Quality Management, naturally supported by the relevant departments.

In addition to the monitoring and regulatory inspections of the integrated system, the HR department has great responsibility with the Quality Management, during social compliance audits. Sedele has succeeded those audits many times, approving itself a worthy supplier.
